Food For The Soul

The Soul Bowl opened in Clinton this month with an official ribbon-cutting at 3 Kirkland Ave. with Suzanne Stanton, owner Jenna Stanton, Mayor John Crossley and Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jackie Walters. Soul Bowl began offering raw wholesome food at the Clinton Farmers Market. Jenna Stanton said she began researching such foods due to her own food allergies. Five employees work in the restaurant, which serves smoothies, oatmeal, acai, coconut, banana, pitaya and green bowls, along with a selection of coffees and teas. Soul Bowl is open Tuesdays through Saturdays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
