Five to seven miles of single-track mountain bike trails could start off a multi-use recreation area at the reservoir on Upper White Street in Waterville.
Waterville Village Board members heard a detailed proposal from Joe Misiaszek Jr., who brought the idea for a mountain bike park to the board this fall. Board members asked him to come back with a plan, which he presented at the Village Board meeting last week.
