Former British Prime Minister Shares Views


In looking back, former British Prime Minister David Cameron said world events such as his country’s exit from the European Union and the election of Donald Trump should have been expected.

Cameron, 52, served as prime minister from 2010-16, (the youngest PM in two centuries) resigning when a nationwide vote went 52 percent in favor of leaving the EU. Cameron had solidly campaigned for Britain to stay a member of the political and economic group created for a more unified Europe.
