With summer quickly coming to an end, I return to a place I have featured multiple times in my Photo of the Week: the Oriskany Creek. Yes, it's hard to face that snow is right around the corner, so I'm making the best of what's left of the warm weather. Walking the Oriskany Creek has become one of my favorite summer pastimes. And while strolling around recently, the tiny flowers featured in this week's photo caught my eye. These small flowers, which were just about half the size of a penny, were growing on the banks of the creek.
