At the August meeting of the Clinton Village Board, the Buck Group gave a presentation explaining their plan to build a Senior Luxury apartment complex off of Taylor Avenue.
Buck representatives said they recognized a need for local luxury senior living in town and offered their solution. It would be a 36-unit complex and is in the planning stages so far.
Village officials said the group needs to file an application with the Village Codes Office before they start construction. Buck has built similar complexes in the area and compared the proposal to Preswick Glen.
