The Richfield Springs Village Board voted to establish a permanent full-time account clerk for the village.
Board members voted at their October meeting to create the position, and to hire Lori Gillium to the post.
Also at the meeting, Scott Fitzgerald spoke about the New York Community Solar program and potential utility savings for the village.
Board members approved ladder truck lettering by Jill Rae Signs for $810.
Also during the one-hour meeting the Spring Park application for the Church of Christ Uniting Craft fair for 2022 was approved.
