Morgan, Bugbee Lead BCS Class of 2020

Brookfield Central School has named the valedictorian and salutatorian for the Class of 2020.


Valedictorian is Shianne Morgan, daughter of David and Melanie Morgan. The salutatorian is Jenna Bugbee, daughter of Gerald and Sarah Bugbee.


Morgan plans to attend SUNY Delhi, where she will study Adventure Recreation. She will graduate BCS with 15 college credits

During her time at Brookfield, she has been a member of the National Honor Society, varsity volleyball and the yearbook. Morgan has also participated as an actress in several school musicals.


Bugbee plans on attending Nazareth College in the fall, majoring in Speech Pathology.  She will graduate BCS with 15 college credits.


During her time at Brookfield, she has been Class of 2020 president, a Varsity Club member and played on the varsity soccer, softball and basketball teams. She is also a volunteer firefighter, member of the National Honor Society and yearbook and acted in several school musicals.


Other members of the senior class who are graduating with an average of 90 or above are Natalie Head, Marissa Kupris, Ivy Furgison, Jenna Head and Samantha Jaeger.
