WCS Project Passes


Voters approved the $12.8 million capital improvement project for Waterville Central School District.

Last week’s vote saw 249 people come to the Junior-Senior High School to vote and another 11 people fill out an absentee ballot.

Of those, 183 said yes and 77 no.

The projects approved include a new turf field at Brothertown Stadium, geothermal wells put at the Junior-Senior High and a number of other energy efficient steps.
