Waterville Looks To Curb Cat Issue

Because of the large amount of cats roaming through the village, the Waterville Village Board might establish some laws to control the feline population.

 

At last week’s Village Board meeting, Mayor Gene Ostrander said he has had some calls about cats getting in gardens and trash. The cats are not strays, but belong to village residents.
