Ginkgo Sign Back

August 28, 2018

The nearly 170-year-old Ginkgo biloba tree that was cut down two years in the Village of Clinton's Dollar General parking lot is being remembered near where the towering tree once stood. The sign that was displayed at the base of the now-gone Ginkgo tree is on display again on Chenango Ave., a few feet away from the tree's original spot. The sign was removed when the tree was cut down and was put in storage at the Clinton Historical Society.
