Parking Plan Tweaked

After months of discussion, including during half of last week’s two-hour board meeting, the Waterville Village Board seems to have a final proposal for parking changes.

For 45 minutes last week, board members debated the merits of limited parking on Madison Street; due to school bus and high traffic use, the street often becomes congested to where an emergency vehicle would not be able to get by if needed.
