Fitness and Health Focus Of Business


The old saying, “When one door closes, another opens,” is exactly what happened at a building in the Village of Clinton.

Just weeks after 8 Fresh in Clinton closed its doors, another business opened in the 8 College St. building.

Soul Stop is a new business on College Street that specializes in a few different things. Fitness and spinning classes, wellness coaching and bicycle repair are the offerings that are housed in the one building.

Clinton residents Kelly Sprague, Matt Van Slyke and Jodi Kapes are the three owners of the new business.
