Area residents, including those from Clinton and Waterville, had a chance to meet New York gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon on Saturday.
Nixon, a democrat who is described as "a progressive fighter" in her political handout, made a campaign stop in Utica. Those in attendance had a chance to meet Nixon, after hearing about her stance on various political issues.
