Baldwin, who held the paid position of Chairperson of the Parks & Recreation Committee, has resigned that position to be on the Board, although she will still head up the committee. Her term as Councilwoman will be up at the end of 2018.

Ford can impose fines on those who do not clean up their properties, but said he has found that seldom works.
