WCS Receives Top Audit Evaluation
At a special meeting last week Waterville Board of Education members approved the annual audit of District finances. Tricia Lucas with D’Arcangelo accounting firm presented a summary of the review for the 2024-25 school year. O’Falls Addresses Parking
Despite painting the curbs, yellow cars continue to parking in prohibited spots near the Oriskany Falls main intersection. Cars have been parking on the Thrift Store side of the street, which is not allowed, and in spots on the Tallman’s Diner side that are not open for parking. Short-Term Rentals Law In Discussion In Clinton
To preserve the quality of its residential areas, the Village of Clinton will request that owners of short-term rental properties register with the Village. The decision goes along with the upcoming regulations by Oneida County, which start Jan. 1. The County will require all short-term rental owners to register and have them subject to the county’s 5 percent occupancy tax that hotels and motels pay.
